About the founders

Shruti Chhabra

An ardent Organisational Psychologist with rich experience of 17+ years in the field of HR and L&D. She was spearheading the Human Resource Consulting Vertical for with one of the leading global HR consulting firms. She carries expertise in areas of Psychometric testing, Diagnostic Studies; Competency Mapping & Framework Design, JD & KRA/KPI Design; Assessment/Development Centres; HR audits, Training & Leadership Development; Counselling & 360 Feedback; Performance Management System; Employee Engagement; Career Transition Services; Competency Based Interviews with PSU's and fortune 500 companies across industry verticals

Vandana Gambhir

Dr. Vandana is a PhD in Psychology and an expert in domains of Psychometry, Research Methodology and Quantitative Techniques. Having a rich academic and government sector experience of 10+years, she is presently working as an Assistant Professor in Psychology at Keshav Mahavidyalaya, University of Delhi. She is also a recognized trainer of the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management, DoPT, Govt. of India. Dr. Vandana holds the position of Ethics & Standards Committee Chair for the Asia Pacific Career Development Association (APCDA), Maryland, USA since 2015. She has validated and standardized models and established psychometric properties of various tools in the field of psychology, marketing, sales, behavior economics, management, education and career development.
